How HavnSight separates organisations and where your data is hosted.
Organisations
Every person in HavnSight belongs to an organisation. Each organisation has its own people, permissions and data, kept separate from every other organisation.
When you sign up with a work email, HavnSight connects you with your company's organisation. When you sign up with a personal email, you get a personal workspace.
Regions
Your organisation is assigned to a region when it is created, which decides where it is hosted. With a work email you choose the region during sign-up. Personal workspaces use our default region. The regions on offer are shown on the sign-up page.
What this means for you
- Choose the region that fits your organisation's needs before you sign up, because it is set when the organisation is created.
- Everyone in an organisation shares the same region.
